Epping, NH –

The Seacoast United Field Hockey family has made its mark known throughout New Hampshire during the Fall High School season. Many of which have recently been honored and are great representatives of Seacoast United Field Hockey.

Jeannine Turgeon (Dover High School) and Maria Armaganian (Concord High School) were voted the NH D1 Co-Players of the year. Jeannine and Maria are teammates at Seacoast United in our U19 Elite group and are both playing D1 field hockey next year. Jeannine will be attending Columbia University and Maria will be attending Northeastern University. Both of these ladies play center midfield for their high school teams and each play a very big role in those programs. We are so proud of both and we could not have asked for better representatives of Seacoast United Field Hockey.

Not to be sold short, our very own Melissa Nawn was voted the NH D1 Coach of the Year as the coach of Timberlane High School. This is Melissa’s 3rd season coaching at Timberlane High School and her 9th year with Seacoast United. This season Melissa suffered a setback early on when her team had to quarantine for 2 weeks due to COVID-19. After that they came back with a vengeance and took down the #1 seed (Winnacunnet) to make it to the quarterfinals of the state tournament. Congrats to Coach Mel on a great season!

With so many of our own achieving success this fall in their high school seasons, and we are even more excited to get our own Winter Season underway. For more of Seacoast United Field Hockey head to our club page
