Camp Details

Seacoast Field Hockey Elite Camp will follow more of an extended rigorous training program, breaking down the game of field hockey to explore different aspects and elements. Daily schedules will include individual/skill based technical sessions, tactical sessions working in positions groups and game/scrimmage play. Campers will have a break during the day for lunch, separating the morning and afternoon sessions. Players can participate as an individual or as part of a team for each camp. Each player will be motivated and driven to work hard with and without the ball and given the tools to succeed in a field hockey environment. This camp is geared toward intermediate and advanced level players looking to improve their basic fundamental skills and learn new advanced skills.
