Clinic Details

Our Preseason Prep Clinic is for athletes looking to prepare for their upcoming fall season. Players will be put through their paces in a number of ways, consistently working in small groups with a specific functional activity. The camp focuses on individual skills in defending, attacking, finishing and transition play. Regardless of position, players will be exposed to all areas of the game to help them understand the different functions of the team. Drills, game play and coaching points will incorporate the camp topic into all elements of the session. Games are also structured to reinforce the main topic and to encourage players to push themselves to put forth their best effort.
