High School skills classes are geared toward our oldest athletes who are looking to improve their overall skill including both individual and team based aspects of the sport. These classes are designed for athletes who have a grasp of the fundamentals and basic field hockey knowledge. Classes will incorporate high paced repetition of both fundamental and advanced skills throughout the course of the program.
