Program Details

This program is geared towards intermediate and advanced level players who are looking to improve their basic fundamental skills and learn new advanced skills. The goal of the program is to provide an opportunity to teach field hockey in a fun, supportive and competitive environment as well as an emphasis on developing leadership skills. In addition, there will be strength & conditioning session built into each day. Players will be grouped based on age, previous experience and skill level to ensure that everyone is challenged and receives the appropriate instructions. Our goal for this higher-level program is to offer the most competitive environment for all players.
